The class is for our body and for feeling more aware. make your body stronger, flexible, and able to move better. using our imagination and senses more lively. The class shows you where your body might be weak and helps you fix those parts—exploring instructions in your own way. finding pleasure in movement and connecting to our joy.
Anyone 16 or older can join the classes, even if they’ve never danced before. I will guide you with step-by-step directions. please wear comfy clothes and dance without shoes. remember to bring water and a towel.
