Come shake out your stress and find some joy!
‘Flow Down’ from high energy dance tracks including latin, dancehall, funk and swing, to more gentle, yoga inspired stretching and relaxation. The idea is to have fun, sweat a little, and help your body to release tension and stress, as well as all the best happy hormones.
You will need:
– indoor dancing shoes
– A yoga mat or a towel
No Judgement, no pressure, just dancing. Participation fee according to self-assessment.
Course leader: Naomi Orbegozo trained as a contemporary dancer in the UK then lived and danced in Latin America for several years. There she learnt to dance for fun and without inhibitions. In India, she completed a yoga teacher training, learning the importance of breath, connection and respect for the body. A combination of these things is what she would like to share with you.
The course will mainly be taught in English
